Identify opportunities to apply AI, data, automation, and digital technologies to improve Customer Service processes and customer experience.
Develop and support AI solutions, AI assistants, chatbots, and agent workflows for repetitive and data-driven Customer Service activities.
Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate, APIs, N8N and other relevant technologies.
Integrate data and AI solutions with internal systems, databases, and business applications.
Support the implementation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of data, AI, and automation solutions.
Translate business needs into practical data-driven and AI-enabled solutions, working closely with Customer Service process owners and stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate data quality, governance, documentation, and compliance throughout the solution lifecycle.
Share best practices and reusable solutions across Customer Service and regional teams.
Support senior team members in complex AI, automation, and AI-agent initiatives, while promoting data and digital skills within the team.
