Job Summary

The Learning & Development Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that align with the Cisco’s account's strategic objectives. The primary focus of this role is high-level skills consultation and proactive stakeholder management, ensuring that learning solutions directly address business challenges.

The role also supports the account's AI transformation by preparing employees to adapt to AI-driven workforce shifts and leveraging modern, AI-enabled tools to enhance learning delivery. This is an active, execution-focused position. The successful candidate must balance strategic stakeholder consulting with direct facilitation, demonstrating a hands-on commitment to executing programs from end to end.

Why JLL

At JLL, you'll help shape how work gets done, for our people, our clients, and the industry we lead. AI is changing careers faster than ever, and we're building a skills-first path through that change, not just reacting to it. Our Learning & Development team sits at the centre of that shift: we're the team JLL is counting on to help thousands of employees across our key client accounts adapt, grow, and thrive over the next few years.

If you've already made AI-enabled tools part of how you design and deliver learning, you'll fit right in here, we see AI as an amplifier for what you bring, not a replacement for it. This is a chance to do career-defining L&D work, build skills that stay relevant as the future of work keeps changing, and help JLL's people move forward with confidence through intentional and strategic upskilling and reskilling initiatives.

You'll bring agility and resilience, comfort moving with change rather than waiting for it to settle. You're AI- and digital-literate, and you've already put AI-enabled tools to work in how you design and deliver learning. You think critically and analytically, and you know how to turn that thinking into a case others can act on. You collaborate naturally, influence without needing formal authority, consult rather than dictate, and you know how to drive change through people, not just process.
