- Oversee and manage daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to brand standards, and consistent guest satisfaction across all service periods
- Lead, train, and mentor team members in professional service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques; provide constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement
- Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally, maintaining transparency and empathy in all guest interactions
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment, supplies, and consumables; ensure proper usage, timely requisitions, and efficient resource allocation
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations; conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- Assist with cash handling, daily closing procedures, billing accuracy, and POS system entries; analyze financial data to support outlet performance goals
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely service and operational efficiency; communicate guest feedback to drive service improvements
- Maintain presentation standards throughout the outlet, including table setups, service equipment, and staff appearance, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Schedule team members efficiently, manage shift coverage, and conduct performance evaluations to support team development and accountability
