- Welcome and greet guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism, setting the tone for their dining experience
- Manage guest seating, table allocations, and dining flow efficiently based on reservations and walk-in guests
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, special events, seating arrangements, and individual guest preferences
- Coordinate seamlessly with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and timely guest accommodations
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
- Manage reservation systems accurately, including guest details, seating plans, and preference notes
- Confirm reservation information and communicate updates promptly with relevant team members
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and special requests
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting host stand and reception area throughout all service periods
- Perform side duties including menu preparation, table resets, and entrance area maintenance
- Uphold all health, safety, hygiene, and company service standards consistently
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment through effective communication and mutual support
