Ensuring that corporate and client QA/QC practices are completed on all projects.
Maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders;
Coordinating with clients, approval agencies, utility companies, contractors, etc.
Preparing proposals, project work plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensuring adherence to design standards, policies, and procedures.
Mentoring and developing junior design staff.
