As a Senior Specialist Analytics Developer within JLL's Analytics Centre of Excellence, you'll serve as the most senior individual contributor driving technical excellence across complex analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical expertise and collaborative mentorship, where you'll take ownership of quality and governance throughout the Develop and Deliver phases while consulting on solution viability during Discover and Define activities. Beyond building sophisticated analytics solutions that transform how JLL and our clients make data-informed decisions, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the capabilities of Analytics Developers and Specialist Analytics Developers across the team through coaching and knowledge sharing. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees — and this position embodies that mission by driving innovation through AI, automation and emerging analytics techniques. You'll work within our defined Analytics Lifecycle and Target Operating Model, ensuring every solution meets the highest standards while fostering a culture grounded in customer focus, collaboration, integrity and courage. Acting as deputy to the Team Lead when required, you'll partner closely with Account Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Sustainability Analytics, and key stakeholders including Azara product teams and Data Engineering to ensure seamless delivery of insights that drive measurable business value.
