Due to strategic growth, we are seeking a Digital BIM Lead - Building Services to join our National Building Engineering team.
This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and other AECOM offices in Australia.
- Lead BIM execution planning and digital coordination across Building Services projects, embedding consistent standards and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct clash detection and model coordination processes, upholding BIM standards and ISO19650 principles across design and construction phases.
- Guide the evaluation and implementation of digital tools and emerging technology, driving improved efficiency and delivery outcomes across the portfolio.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project-based BIM teams, ensuring consistent quality and coordination outcomes regardless of project scale.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants, aligning digital delivery with broader project and client objectives.
- Work across key sectors including Defence, Health, Education, Sport & Culture, Transit and Building projects.
