Operate machinery such as CNC milling, HSM, EDM, Wire cut, Grinding, CMM, and Laser welding machines to manufacture mold tool components, in accordance with Work Instructions and Process Quality Instructions.
Tool repair and new spare part manufacturing: Coordinate with teams' leader to prioritize repair tasks based on production schedules and requirements.
Work according to STD: Compliance with safety protocols, process flow and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members and addressing any issued or improvement.
KPI tracking: Support Utilization tracking, Man hours tracking and addressing any issued or improvement.
Participate 14Q activities, Safety and LPC line walk.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring the establishment of a schedule in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and the System CIP.
