Serve as technical authority and design lead for e-axle and distributed drive mechatronic systems
Develop system-level mechatronic concepts integrating motor, power electronics, gearbox, and housing.
Lead architectural decisions, interface definitions, and key design parameter ownership
Create and optimize mechatronic designs using CAD tools, performing simulations and virtual validation to ensure performance, safety, durability, and manufacturability.
Coordinate and provide technical guidance to cross-functional development teams and suppliers
Ensure compliance with functional safety, quality, cost, and timeline targets
Drive continuous improvement of design methodologies.
