Kids Club Supervisor

You will enthusiastically interact with our younger guests and their parents while providing amazing experiences that are not only adventurous but educational as well in an interactive way!
What you will be doing:
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all children by overseeing play activities, handling first aid situations, and responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee the setup, facilitation, and cleanup of scheduled activities, ensuring the highest level of care, attention, and observation for each child.
- Plan, organize, and lead excursions and activities across different areas of the resort, delivering a structured, creative, and age-appropriate Kids Club program.
- Lead, motivate, and train the Kids Club team, ensuring service standards, safety procedures, and guest experience expectations are consistently maintained.
- Monitor daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with resort policies and procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with children and parents by providing a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for all guests.
