As an In-Suite Attendant at Fairmont Kea Lani, you lead from the heart and make our guests feel special by creating and maintaining a comfortable, inviting and clean accommodation.
Hourly Rate: $24.21
What you will be doing:
- Handle all table, tray, and cart return duties, including checking with guests for pickup convenience.
- Perform floor sweeps as needed, collecting used In-Suite Dining equipment, tableware, and linens.
- Bus all tables, trays, and carts.
- Check with the order taker, captain, and manager regarding specific duties for the shift.
- Inspect service stations for necessary equipment and setup (ice, dishes, utensils) and replenish as needed.
- Provide guests with clear, helpful information about menu items and answer any questions they may have.
- Adhere to the State of Hawaii & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standards
- Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand
- Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
- Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Promote and enforce health and safety awareness as well as to have a complete understanding of the emergency procedures
- Follow hotel and departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Contribute to the improvement of the operation by contributing ideas, making suggestions and actively participate in departmental communication meetings
- Check with captain, order taker or manager before leaving shift. Bring any concerns to the attention of the Manager On Duty
Schedule: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
