We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new build and A&A construction projects from concept through to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver projects within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of new build and A&A construction projects, from feasibility and design through to completion and handover
- Work independently and collaboratively to deliver key projects in line with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements
- Apply project management frameworks, processes, and tools to ensure structured and efficient project delivery
- Coordinate and manage internal teams, external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across all phases
- Oversee design development and authority submissions, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulatory requirements
- Lead procurement activities, including preparation and review of trade tender packages for building works
- Appoint and manage contractors and subcontractors while maintaining governance and probity standards
- Administer construction contracts, including evaluation of progress claims, variations, and extensions of time
- Monitor site progress for structural, architectural, and M&E works, ensuring alignment with project schedules
- Prepare, review, and track project programmes, ensuring timely delivery against approved timelines
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure delivery within approved budgets
- Manage completion activities including testing & commissioning, TOP/CSC processes (where applicable), handover, and defects rectification
- Liaise with local authorities and agencies to secure necessary approvals for new build and A&A works
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in construction delivery
