Who We Are

Our core work is divided into 4 pillars:
Organisation & Operating Model Design: Support clients in designing target operating models, strategic organisational structures, accountabilities, roles and skills, location models and workforce plans that strengthen organisational health and enable future growth and business impact.
Organisational Efficiency: Help clients improve organisational cost, performance and transparency through efficiency diagnostics, cost and FTE benchmarking, spans and layers analysis, G&A cost reduction, finance and HR transformation, Global Business Services design and sustainable cost management.
Change Activation and Transformation Success: Enable clients to deliver successful transformations through people-led change, transformation set-up, transformation office design, change effectiveness diagnostics, leadership engagement, technology adoption, communications strategies, workshops and activation programmes.
Culture, Behaviour and Change: Support clients in shaping the culture and behaviours required for transformation success, including culture assessments, behavioural change capabilities, leadership activation, leadership assessment, cultural integration and scaled engagement interventions.
