We are seeking a seasoned Senior Planning Manager to lead schedule and cost controls across complex infrastructure and buildings programs. You will shape robust baselines, drive project performance, and provide clear insights that help our clients make confident decisions.
- Lead all planning, scheduling, and project controls activities for major building and infrastructure projects.
- Develop, review, and manage baseline, revised, recovery, and resource-loaded schedules.
- Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and key contractual milestones.
- Evaluate and manage EOT submissions, delay analyses, and Time Impact Assessments (TIA).
- Review contractor programs and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Provide strategic planning advice to Project Directors and senior management.
- Lead planning meetings and present project performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop mitigation and recovery plans to address project delays.
- Oversee project controls reporting, forecasting, and schedule risk management.
- Mentor and manage planning engineers and project controls staff.
