Monitor laundry chemicals, supplies, and linen inventory to minimize wastage.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and chemical handling.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely linen and uniform requirements.
Train and coach team members on laundry procedures, quality standards, and safe working practices.
Report equipment breakdowns, linen shortages, damages, and operational issues to management.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
