Performs general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, drywall/sheetrock, wall, and flooring repairs.
Operates forklifts to safely relocate equipment, materials, and supplies throughout the facility.
Assists with preventive maintenance (PM) activities for HVAC systems, including replacing filters and cleaning coils.
Supports the Receiving team by off-loading equipment and deliveries and staging materials in designated areas.
Performs exterior and landscape maintenance, including plumbing and irrigation repairs and trimming tree branches as needed.
Supports Bosch’s recycling program by assisting with the collection, organization, and proper handling of recyclable materials.
Performs routine maintenance and repairs on site golf carts to help ensure safe and reliable operation.
Supports site-wide 5S activities to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas both inside and outside of facility buildings.
Assists with construction, renovation, and facility improvement activities as needed.
