As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient shifts while maintaining exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment. - Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to drive performance
- Handle cash management, including register operations, cash counts, and financial reconciliation
- Answer phones, take orders, and interact with customers to deliver outstanding service and resolve concerns
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure all employees understand their duties
- Maintain open communication with team members and management regarding operational issues and opportunities for improvement
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, cleaning, and food handling as needed
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during all shift operations
- Train and mentor team members on procedures, customer service, and operational excellence
