We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to support the day to day operations of Boulevard Brasserie & Bar at Novotel and ibis Sydney Olympic Park. In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead a high-performing Food & Beverage team, ensuring outstanding service, a welcoming dining atmosphere, and memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for coordinating restaurant operations, developing and inspiring team members, driving revenue opportunities, maintaining high standards of food safety and compliance, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments including Kitchen, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and Conference & Events.
