Eurofins PSS is looking for new team members for our team to help support and join our diverse team to help assist on scale up and manufacturing of mammalian and microbial fermentation/purification processes for clinical and toxicology supplies.
- Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Set up, execution and evaluation of GMP manufacturing unit operations such as seed train, bioreactors/fermenters, centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, UF/DF, conjugation and lyophilization.
- CIP, SIP, aseptic sampling, parts washing, documentation, work order generation, and data entry/evaluation.
- Will require communication and interaction with various groups and leaders in collaboration!
- Perform routine analytical, compendial, and general laboratory testing in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Conduct testing using techniques such as pH, appearance, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and other applicable analytical methods.
- Follow approved SOPs, test methods, specifications, and laboratory procedures.
- Operate, maintain, and perform routine checks of laboratory instruments and equipment as required.
- Accurately document testing activities and results in accordance with GMP and data integrity requirements.
- Review and evaluate analytical data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established requirements.
- Support sample preparation, testing, documentation, and laboratory investigations, as applicable.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with laboratory and cross-functional teams to support testing timelines and laboratory operations.
