The Opportunity:
The Staff & Office Management Lead will serve as the coordinator for office personnel onboarding, administrative readiness, business process improvement, and daily office operations for our DoW customer.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring newly assigned personnel are effectively integrated into the organization, staff complete required administrative and training actions, and personnel have the equipment, facility access, and support required to execute daily operations. They will also track staff travel, organize meetings with DoW and industry representatives, and track the progress and completion of tasks assigned by senior leaders in the office.
Through these responsibilities, the individual in this role supports a responsive, organized, and mission-ready office environment.
What You'll Do:
Analyze current office workflows and administrative practices to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Recommend, implement, and sustain business process improvements that increase efficiency, accountability, responsiveness, and staff support.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), continuity materials, and recurring office management processes.
Standardize routine administrative processes where appropriate to improve consistency and reduce delays.
Lead and manage office onboarding processes for newly assigned military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
Develop, maintain, and execute onboarding checklists, in-processing procedures, and orientation materials.
Track and monitor completion of required administrative actions, training requirements, and office-specific onboarding tasks.
Ensure personnel obtain required access to facilities, workspaces, systems, equipment, and other mission-essential resources.
Coordinate with internal and external support offices on badges, workspace setup, equipment issuance, accounts, and related administrative support requirements.
Organize and coordinate key meetings, including engagements with DoW and industry representatives, including managing meeting logistics, attendee lists, agendas, background materials, and follow-up actions, as required.
Serve as the central point of contact for routine office management and staff support issues.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in office management, administrative operations, executive support, or staff coordination
2+ years of experience supporting a Department of War (DoW), joint, headquarters, or government office environment
Experience developing or maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), continuity books, administrative guides, or office process documentation
Experience preparing executive-level read-ahead products, status reports, task trackers, or briefing materials
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience supporting a Department of War (DoW), joint, headquarters, or government office environment
Experience with formal team leadership in a DoW or other government office environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or Communications preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
