- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, safety violations, and opportunities for improvement, maintaining meticulous documentation of all findings
- Develop, implement, and monitor customized safety protocols, procedures, and programs tailored to site-specific operational requirements and risk profiles
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses with transparency and thoroughness; document findings and recommend evidence-based corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver engaging safety training and awareness programs to site personnel at all organizational levels, fostering a culture of safety consciousness and accountability
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies through systematic monitoring and reporting
- Maintain organized and comprehensive safety documentation, records, and reports for regulatory review and internal performance analysis
- Collaborate effectively with site management and operational teams to integrate safety considerations into daily work activities and decision-making processes
- Analyze safety performance metrics and trends to identify emerging risks and develop targeted, innovative improvement initiatives
- Conduct thorough hazard assessments and risk evaluations for new projects, processes, equipment, and operational changes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related concerns, providing empathetic support while remaining decisive in escalating critical issues to senior management
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, safety consultants, and environmental agencies, as needed
- Monitor and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment on site, promoting compliance through education and positive reinforcement
