- Conduct comprehensive structural inspections and quality control assessments throughout all construction phases to ensure compliance with approved designs and local building codes
- Analyze structural performance data and field conditions, providing technical recommendations and solutions to address design or construction challenges
- Prepare and review detailed technical documentation, including inspection reports, structural calculations, and compliance certifications
- Supervise and coordinate structural work activities on-site, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and safety protocols
- Collaborate with design teams to evaluate design modifications and assess their structural implications
- Manage material testing and verification processes, ensuring all structural components meet specified standards and quality requirements
- Conduct site meetings and communicate technical findings to stakeholders, contractors, and project teams in a clear and professional manner
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance on structural engineering matters
