What this job involves:
Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification in engineering within the workplace management sector.
You'll join us on a 2-year trainee programme across EMEA, working towards Chartered Engineer status with a relevant professional engineering institution (such as CIBSE, IMechE, or IET, depending on your discipline).
If you do not have an accredited engineering degree, you will complete a fully funded online accredited certification in Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management with an approved university as part of the graduate programme. You will be fully supported by both JLL and the university throughout your academic journey.
Rotating within the EMEA Workplace Management (WPM) Engineering team, you will gain diverse experience in managing building services and critical systems across various client portfolios and sectors. You will take ownership for real work that will help our clients maintain optimal building performance and operational efficiency. You will gain exposure across the full spectrum of engineering services, working on different property types with various client organizations and understanding the different strategies clients employ in managing their facilities and assets.

Where you will be working:
You will be part of the EMEA Engineering Operations Team (our Engineering Centre of Excellence supporting our clients and accounts across EMEA). You will get the chance to experience different sectors where we deliver Engineering to Building Services such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Industrial, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Public Institutions and Corporate Client Head offices.
