The Medical Division is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Legal Secretarial Assistant III to perform the following duties which include, but are not limited to;
- Proofreading medical briefs, reports, and other documents
- Listen to audio files and edit doctor's dictations
- Read/organize medical records
- Maintain medical files and other pertinent legal documents as well as transcribing from various sources.
- Experience taking dictation and transcribing notes
- Perform related clerical work, including, but not limited to data entry, assist in the development of office procedures, answering phones and dispensing information for agency officials, track correspondence and requests for action and forward to the appropriate staff
- Coordinates meetings for high level officials.
