This is a full time, permanent position. Shift work is required for this role, Working a biweekly rotating shift pattern, which is: 08:30 – 20:30 Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday.
As a QC Laboratory Technician you will provide laboratory support services relating to water sampling, operating waste and parts autoclaves and performing a clean on a QC Lab area simulating an ISO-graded clean room under the customer quality system, using customer company procedures, and while adhering to Eurofins general policies and standards.
Job Responsibilities that you be covering:
- As a QC Laboratory Technician you will support laboratory analytical personnel by carrying out ad‑hoc laboratory duties, including water sampling in grey space areas and assisting with laboratory investigations as required.
- You will be responsible for the accurate and timely logging of samples, ensuring all laboratory documentation and records are completed “Right First Time” and maintained to the required quality and GMP standards.
- As a QC Laboratory Technician you will manage the day‑to‑day operation of autoclaves, including load preparation, periodic checks, validated load patterns and ensuring equipment operates correctly in line with approved procedures.
- As a QC Laboratory Technician you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping across the laboratory, CTU and associated equipment, carrying out routine, periodic and ad‑hoc cleans in ISO‑graded cleanroom‑simulated environments.
- You will actively participate in required training, complete and maintain training records to an appropriate standard, and support the training of other team members when instructed.
- As a QC Laboratory Technician you will operate with a strong customer focus, adhering to safety, quality and housekeeping standards, escalating anomalies or non‑conformances promptly, responding to customer queries, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
