POSITION SUMMARY:The F&B Analystis responsible forproviding data-driven insights and financial analysis that support strategic decision-making across the F&B division.This position analyzes sales, profitability, labor, inventory, menu performance, and operational trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost controls.The F&B Analyst serves as a key business partner to all cross functional teams by developing reports andmaintainingsystems.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
Analyze sales, labor, food cost, beverage cost, and profitability trends toidentifyopportunities
Develop,maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards and KPIs for teams
Manage inventory systems, item setup, recipe costing, and database integrity across all food and beverage concepts
Maintain and oversee POS systems, including menu programming, reporting structures, and operational configuration
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial, inventory and operational data across all systems and reporting platforms
Provide training and support to field operators on reporting tools, inventory systems, recipe management, and data interpretation

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Years of experience:3-5 years of experience in food and beverage analytics, restaurant operations, finance, inventory management
