The National Training Manager (NTM) will support Access and Reimbursement Training, with a focus on the Oncology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) organization, through the design and delivery of practical, compliant training solutions. The NTM ensures Training and Development and Franchise Strategy are effectively represented across training programs and is accountable for building strong stakeholder relationships at multiple levels. This role requires strong facilitation, coaching, strategic alignment, and training fundamentals to improve participant performance and learning outcomes.

- Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases effectiveness and credibility of participants
- Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships
- Leverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within the Franchise training to limit duplicative efforts
- Demonstrates direct and open communication to key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignment
- Provides candid and specific verbal & written feedback to training participants resulting in their awareness of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performance
- Recognizes the skill level of training participants and adjusts coaching and training techniques to meet the needs of individuals
- Develop Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers by providing a meaningful role during foundational training and ongoing learning
- Demonstrates and applies knowledge of all stakeholder businesses, strategies and priorities and integrates training activities into franchise team business plans
- Leads cross-functional initiatives and may be responsible for additional special projects within training organization
- Assists with the on-boarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs and “leads through teamwork” cultivating and maintaining positive peer-to-peer relationships
