Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets.
Conduct regular inventory and stock counts and investigate variances.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.
Manage recipe, menu, and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs. actual costs.
Monitor purchasing prices, receiving, stock transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability.
Ensure compliance with F&B financial controls and hotel policies.
Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams.
Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial analysis.
