What You'll Be Doing
Guest Connection
- Provide warm, discreet, and professional service across banquet events.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize each interaction with detailed menu knowledge.
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding service times, charges, and payment methods.
- Deliver food and beverage with care and polish
Operational Excellence
- Set up, serve, and tear down events, following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision.
- Handle POS transactions and serve alcohol responsibly and accurately.
- Restock bars, polish glassware and cutlery, and maintain tidy, organized service areas.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and fellow servers to ensure efficient execution.
- Complete detailed checklists and pass-on notes to support smooth transitions between shifts.
