Define project milestones and key deliverables to ensure seamless end-to-end cross-functional collaboration.
2. 执行博世力士乐全流程项目管理体系，规范推进产品开发与项目接收流程。主导各阶段质量门（Quality Gates）评审，有效识别并闭环管控技术与运营风险。Implement the Bosch Rexroth project management framework to standardize product engineering and project intake processes. Chair stage-gate Quality Gate (QG) reviews to proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
3. 商业论证与项目立项 ：对接销售、应用及产品管理部门，深度评估客户需求并主导商业论证（Business Case）编制。完成项目可行性分析与资源评估，推动新项目正式立项与接收。Work with Sales, Application Engineering, and Product Management to evaluate customer needs and develop business cases. Conduct feasibility assessments to drive formal project charters, onboarding, and official kickoff.
4. 进度成本管控与量产推进：编制项目管理计划并设定基准，严格管控项目进度、成本、质量与商业目标。统筹样品试制与验证流程，推进新项目平稳爬坡并顺利实现批量化生产（SOP）。Establish Project Management Plans to rigorously control schedule, budget, product cost, and quality baselines. Steer prototyping, testing, and validation phases to ensure smooth ramp-up and timely Start of Production (SOP).
5. 跨部门与全球资源协同：在矩阵架构下高效调配各个部门的资源，解决项目瓶颈问题。与德国总部及相关部门保持密切联动，确保全球技术与供应链资源高效导入。Coordinate internal resources across different function to resolve project bottlenecks. Interface closely with German headquarters and global counterparts to secure technical support and resource alignment.
6. 战略项目参与与落地：积极参与公司级战略项目与业务流程优化方案的研讨与制定。将战略目标拆解为可执行的项目计划，并推动在业务单元中的扎实落地与成效交付。Participate in formulating RBU strategic initiatives and process improvement roadmaps. Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and drive concrete implementation across business units.
