Project Management Analyst, Scale Management (Clinical research)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Management Analyst to support Scale Management activities within clinical research projects. This role will partner closelywithinternalteams,vendors,scaleauthors,andtranslationproviderstocoordinatelicensingandtranslationactivities,maintainprojectdocumentation,managestudytrackers,andsupporttheadministrationofClinicalOutcomeAssessments(COAs)usedinclinicaltrials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-endscalelicensingandtranslationactivitiesforClinicalOutcomeAssessments(COAs).

• Coordinate communicationswithscaleauthors,licenseholders,translationvendors,andexternalpartners.

• Assist withtheprocurement,tracking,andmanagementoflicensingagreementsandrelateddocumentation.

• Collaborate withLegal,Operations,Clinical,Finance,BusinessDevelopment,andProjectManagementteamstosupportscale-relatedactivities.

• Create andmanageinternalrequestsandticketsthroughcompanysystems.

• Maintain andupdatestudytrackers,databases,andprojectdocumentation.

• File andorganizelicensedscales,translations,andassociatedstudymaterials.

• Support themaintenanceofscalesourcelibrariesandrepositories.

• Track translationrequests,timelines,approvals,anddeliverablestoensuretimelycompletion.

• Monitor invoicesandsupportvendorpaymentprocessesrelatedtolicensingandtranslationservices.

• Provide projectupdatesandsupportstakeholderswithinformationrelatedtoscalelicensingandtranslationactivities.

• Ensure accuratedocumentationandcompliancewithinternalprocessesandregulatoryrequirements.

• Provide administrativeandcoordinationsupportacrossmultipleongoingprojects.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degreeinLifeSciences,HealthSciences,ClinicalResearch,Pharmacy,Psychology,PublicHealth,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.

• Strong organizationalandadministrativeskills.

• Excellent verbalandwrittencommunicationskills.

• Ability tomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.

• Strong attentiontodetailandaccuracy.

• Proficiency inMicrosoftOfficeapplications,particularlyExcel.

Preferred

• Experience inclinicalresearch,clinicaltrials,CROs,pharmaceutical,biotechnology,orhealthcareenvironments.

• Familiarity withClinicalOutcomeAssessments(COAs).

• Experience workinginregulatedenvironmentssuchasGCPand/orGMP.

• Experience supportingvendormanagement,
