The Seasonal Retail Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing all aspects of our pop-up retail kiosks during the highly anticipated Christmas at the Princess event. This role supervises seasonal sales associates and reports to both the Senior Supervisor team and Retail Management.

Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing seasonal kiosk team
- Provide daily coaching to maximize individual and team sales performance
- Set clear expectations around behavior, productivity, and guest experience
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for seasonal associates
Daily Operations
- Maintain a consistent leadership presence on the sales floor
- Execute opening/closing tasks, break schedules, and daily kiosk readiness
- Oversee product pulls and ensure timely restocking of merchandise
- Collect and manage retail commissions, mark-out lists, and pull sheets
- Maintain strong communication across the team for shift and sales updates
- Expect to work 5 days/40+ hours per week
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand or walk for 7+ hours per shift
- Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs; reach, bend, and climb ladders as needed
- Comfortable navigating multiple on-property locations quickly
