The Retail Seasonal Sales Associate position is a limited-time opportunity to be part of the magic at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess during our celebrated Christmas at the Princess events. This role operates pop-up retail kiosks throughout the resort and reports to the Seasonal Retail Supervisors, Senior Supervisors, and Retail Management.
- Flexible scheduling: work 3, 4, or 5 days per week
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Attend to customers in a professional and polite manner while up-selling merchandise
- Ensure the shop is neatly maintained and stock is replenished
- All cashiering duties
- Provide basic sales techniques and promote “Fairmont” exclusive merchandise to customers
- Partake in stock-take and month end inventories
- Ensure the shop is clean at all times
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule & Availability
Christmas at the Princess: tentative dates are November 20 – January 4
- Shifts range from 6 to 8 hours
- Primarily evening shifts starting after 3:00 PM, with end times between 9:00–11:00 PM, depending on business levels
