Record day-to-day accounting transactions across multiple entities, including journal entries and maintain the required supporting documentation.
Process supplier invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile supplier accounts.
Issue client invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations and ensure differences are properly resolved.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure accounts are up to date.
Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation for audit, tax, and statutory reporting.
Monitor project-related expenses and cash boxes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reconciliation.
Support financial reporting, including project profitability, budget vs. actual analysis, and other financial projects.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and ensure proper document filing.
Identify accounting discrepancies or process issues and follow through on their resolution.
Handle confidential financial information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
