Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts.
Support client discussions and ensure a smooth handover from commercial discussions to project execution.
Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, receivables, POs, and commercial documentation.
Support licensing opportunities, negotiations, renewals, royalty tracking, and licensor relationships.
Maintain client, sales, pipeline, and contract records.
Prepare commercial information, forecasts, and reports.
