Job Description:
- Develop and manage mechanical and electrical cost estimates for public sector projects from concept design through procurement, construction, and project closeout.
- Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and benchmarking analyses to support project decision-making and budget validation.
- Analyze tender submissions and procurement outcomes to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and value for money.
- Participate in value engineering and cost optimization exercises, identifying cost-effective solutions while maintaining project.
- Support project teams in managing cost risks, change management, forecasting, and budget control to ensure client objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to client presentations, cost reports, and stakeholder meetings.
