Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel.
Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other hotel equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, lighting, sockets, switches, and basic electrical systems.
Perform basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, taps, toilets, and drainage issues.
Assist with air-conditioning and ventilation system maintenance.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to the hotel's maintenance schedule.
Monitor and maintain equipment in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities.
Report major faults and equipment issues to the Engineering Supervisor or Director of Engineering.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and completed tasks.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with hotel safety standards and procedures.
Follow Accor's standards for health, safety, hygiene, and environmental practices.
Assist contractors and specialist technicians when required.
Respond to emergency maintenance situations and breakdowns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized engineering workshop and work area.
