We are seeking a welcoming and professional Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a positive and memorable dining experience while managing the flow of the restaurant with efficiency and warmth. This role is essential to our operation, as you will set the tone for every guest's visit and ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of house.
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and hospitality upon arrival, making them feel valued and welcome
- Manage restaurant reservations accurately using the POS system and reservation management software
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain an organized host stand, including reservation books, waitlists, and guest information
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a customer-focused approach
- Monitor dining room capacity and adjust seating arrangements based on party size and guest preferences
- Assist with phone inquiries regarding reservations, hours of operation, and menu information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and host station
- Manage wait times professionally and keep guests informed of estimated seating times
- Support the team during peak service periods and special events
