1. Material Field Strategy & Global Bundling
- Develop and implement material field strategies and consolidate global/area demand.
- Conduct regular strategy and performance reviews.
2. Supplier Scouting & Selection
- Identify, assess, and select suppliers for projects.
- Conduct evaluations (RPA, CSR checks) and manage supplier approvals per internal standards.
3. Supplier Management
- Evaluate annual supplier performance and manage supply risks.
- Drive supplier development initiatives and maintain SRM master data.
- Act as supplier mentor and oversee escalation and logistics performance topics.
4. Sourcing & Contract Management
- Lead RFQs and annual price negotiations.
- Manage sourcing decisions, cost-reduction activities, and price benchmarking.
- Own all supplier contracts and ensure timely renewals and system updates.
5. Planning & Reporting
- Plan and track purchasing targets and KPls.
- Maintain RPP and PICO reporting and ensure MCR data accuracy.
- Provide regional input for Current Forecast processes.
