We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Digital Services team and coordinate the delivery of internal technology, infrastructure, security and business change initiatives across our organisation.
This is an internal project delivery role and not a client-facing consultancy position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project delivery, schedules, risks, governance, stakeholder engagement and reporting across a varied portfolio of technology initiatives.
Acting as a key support to senior management, you will help coordinate priorities, maintain delivery oversight and ensure projects, operational improvements and strategic initiatives remain on track.
Working closely with technical specialists, operational teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in the continual development and improvement of our secure Microsoft-based digital environment. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance and stakeholder engagement across a varied portfolio of technology initiatives.
This role is ideal for a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can successfully balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong governance and control.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of projects, operational improvements and change initiatives across Internal Digital Services.
Maintain delivery plans, milestones, actions, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring progress is tracked and managed effectively.
Act as a central coordination point between technical teams, operational stakeholders, suppliers and leadership.
Prepare and maintain project and operational reporting, dashboards and management information.
Support governance forums, working groups and leadership meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are captured and followed through to completion.
Coordinate resource requirements, implementation activities and operational readiness across multiple workstreams.
Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and blockers that could impact successful delivery.
Support supplier engagement and delivery coordination where required.
Assist in the planning and delivery of technology, infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and service improvement initiatives.
Drive consistency, governance and continuous improvement across delivery and operational processes.
Provide day-to-day support to senior management, helping coordinate priorities, track delivery commitments and maintain oversight across the Digital Services portfolio.
