We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Testing and Commissioning Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all systems, equipment, and installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements before deployment. You will coordinate testing activities, manage documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless commissioning processes. - Coordinate and schedule testing and commissioning activities across multiple projects and work streams
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive testing and commissioning plans and procedures
- Prepare and organize all required documentation, including test reports, checklists, and compliance records
- Monitor testing progress and track completion of all commissioning milestones and deliverables
- Communicate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and timelines
- Identify and document any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformances discovered during testing phases
- Maintain detailed records of all testing activities, results, and corrective actions taken
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the commissioning process
- Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to verify that all systems meet specified performance criteria
- Support troubleshooting efforts and facilitate resolution of identified issues
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for all testing and commissioning documentation
