We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architectural Inspector to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of port, terminal, and infrastructure facilities to ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct thorough architectural inspections of port facilities, terminals, and infrastructure projects to verify compliance with approved designs and specifications
- Analyze structural integrity and architectural components, documenting findings in detailed inspection reports
- Assess construction quality and adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Identify deficiencies, non-conformances, and areas requiring corrective action, and communicate findings to project stakeholders
- Perform site measurements and photographic documentation to support inspection records and regulatory compliance
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to establish inspection criteria
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve inspection-related issues
- Maintain organized records of all inspections, test results, and compliance documentation
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with local and international safety protocols and regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations based on inspection findings and analysis
