As part of our Plant Controlling team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to both operational and digitalization topics.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support Plant Controlling activities, including standard unit costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) comparison, and material cost variance analysis.
- Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management and department heads.
- Assist in monitoring capital expenditures (CAPEX), investment depreciation, and internal project tracking.
- Support PCOS (Planned Cost of Sales) calculations and related product cost evaluations.
- Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects across value streams.
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization projects using Power BI, Power Query, and emerging AI-based productivity tools.
- Analyze operational and financial data to support the team in delivering data-driven insights and process improvements.
