Role: TA Operations Specialist
Summary: The TA Operations Specialist will be part of the HR Shared Services team, providing operational support across Talent Acquisition and HR processes for APAC and Europe regions. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality services throughout the employee lifecycle, including interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, time and absence, benefits support, payroll inputs, and offboarding activities. The role works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, process excellence, and enhanced employee experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and is passionate about leveraging technology, AI, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
