- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations
- Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software and adjust timelines as needed
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify work meets contractual requirements and industry standards
