Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Developer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent AI agents that automate business processes, support decision-making, and enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, API integrations, and enterprise architecture to build scalable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents using modern agent frameworks.
- Build scalable, high-performance backend microservices, asynchronous workers, and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational and non-relational database schemas, queries, and data storage layers supporting AI workflows.
- Integrate with and consume curated enterprise data from Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, and internal data lakes to power agent workflows and RAG pipelines.
- Leverage Azure Cloud & AI Services (e.g., Blob Storage, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search) for scalable model serving, storage, and retrieval.
- Build and maintain multi-agent systems that collaborate to achieve business objectives.
- Develop AI workflows leveraging LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge management systems.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, ERP, CRM, procurement, and workflow platforms.
- Create tools, plugins, and function-calling capabilities enabling agents to execute business actions.
- Implement prompt engineering, reasoning workflows, memory management, and agent orchestration strategies.
- Ensure backend and AI solutions meet security, compliance, privacy, and governance requirements.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities.
- Document architecture, deployment procedures, and technical designs.
- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
