The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs for children with developmental and behavioral needs. This role utilizes evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making to improve patient outcomes while providing supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design, implement, and monitor focused and comprehensive ABA programs.
Analyze patient data, evaluate progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
Deliver family education and training to support patient success across environments.
Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records in compliance with organizational, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Participate in staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional education.
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children with special needs.
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior support plans.
Experience implementing and monitoring individualized behavioral intervention programs.
Clinical internship and/or research experience in applied behavior analysis.
Experience supervising and training staff.
Experience providing parent education and caregiver training.
Knowledge of evidence-based ABA interventions and strategies for children with developmental disabilities.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to effectively train, supervise, and mentor staff.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Commitment to BACB ethical standards and HIPAA compliance.
Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely implement crisis intervention techniques following training.
Ability to respond quickly to patient needs and work in active clinical environments.
