Undertake and manage general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, heating, carpentry and decorating
Conduct routine inspections of building structures, equipment and assets, performing reactive and preventive maintenance with minimal disruption to guests and visitors
Install, inspect and troubleshoot equipment, appliances and systems, including heating and air conditioning distribution systems
Coordinate and oversee contractors and external providers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and procedures
Maintain accurate records and daily logs of all repairs and maintenance activities
Actively contribute to the safety of people and property, including maintaining clear emergency exits
Undertake appropriate training to develop expertise and identify areas for operational improvement
