Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Food Safety Program (e.g. Awareness of allergies and dietary requirements)
Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
