What you’ll do…

Reconcile incoming products with the order form, purchasing specs and delivery notes.
Check all products to ensure they are the correct quantity and weight.
Put away all goods delivered to the hotel.
Compare prices on the delivery note with the order and escalate discrepancies.
Maintain and organise delivery notes and invoices accurately and efficiently.
Conduct monthly inventory/stock checks and random spot-checks.
Communicate well with others in order to ensure a smooth operation.
Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
General maintenance of all storage spaces and loading bays.
Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.
